Consultations are by appointment only. Appointments with the doctor are normally for 10 minutes and for one problem only. If you feel your problem may take longer please inform patient services by requesting a double appointment.

The practice offers a range of appointments, including a limited number of pre-booked consultations and the ability to speak to your GP prior to committing to a visit to the practice – many issues can be dealt with in this way thereby saving time and inconvenience to you, and if you do need to be seen your GP you will be able to agree a convenient time for you to come to the practice.

In order to make an appointment

Telephone the Practice on 01780 460202 at anytime during normal working hours – if it is on an urgent issue please make this clear to the Receptionist who will ensure that appropriate action is taken.

Please give brief details of your issue to the Receptionist – this will help the staff and GP to prioritise your need if necessary.

Online appointments – you will need a PIN number to access the online appointments service for the first time. Once you have logged in using the PIN, you will be asked to set up a permanent user name and password. After that, you will be able to log in anytime to make an appointment online.
To get your PIN number go to Patient Services with a form of photo identification such as passport or driving licence.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to provide continuity of care by ensuring that you see your own Doctor, this will not always be possible due to leave or other absence, or if your own GP is already fully allocated.

Choice of Doctor

Patients are registered with one doctor for administration purposes only. You can see any doctor of your choice within the Practice. It is often advisable to stay with the same doctor for an ongoing problem but if that particular doctor is unavailable please make an appointment with one of the other GPs rather than wait for his/her return.
