We are a dispensing practice who look after just over 9600 patients and are growing with a 3 partner partnership, 3 salaried GPs plus a fantastic team of ANP’s, nurses, healthcare assistants and admin/reception staff. We are part of a well-established PCN therefore are also able to offer, first contact physiotherapists, a mental health practitioner and RISE (social empowerment) team.
We are also a teaching practice for medical students.

Part-Time/Full-Time Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team, with the opportunity to work up to 37 hours per week. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for seeing tasks through to completion, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Reviews: Provide administrative support to ensure the medication review process is followed efficiently from start to finish.
Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF): Assist with the collection, recording, and analysis of data to support QOF activities.
Data Management: Input and manage patient records and reports, ensuring accuracy of data and its confidentiality.
Process optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows.
Communication: Liaise with healthcare professionals to support the smooth running of medication reviews, QOF-related tasks and other administrative duties.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
Excellent attention to detail – You enjoy working meticulously to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Strong organisational skills – You can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proactive and results-oriented – You take pride in completing tasks and ensuring everything is done correctly.
Good communication skills – Able to work well with team members and external professionals in a variety of methods
Confidentiality – Maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or supporting QOF processes.
Familiarity with SystmOne and other General Practice software e.g. Accurx, Arden’s but full training will be provided.
